Share the position of a driver by email or SMS
It is possible for administrators, managers and supervisors to share the position of a driver by email or SMS to a third party.
1. From the general map, two options are available:
- Sharing from the pictogram of the vehicle on the map
- Sharing from a vehicle’s information banner
2. A pop-up window will then open:
Specify the duration of the sharing and the contact information of the recipient(s) to whom to send the driver’s location. Click on Share to confirm the sending.
The recipient(s) will receive by email or SMS (depending on whether you entered an email address or a phone number) a link to access the driver’s positionAttention
The position is no longer accessible after the expiration of the time limit defined during the sharing.
