Enter the name of the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. By default the monitoring is in Zone Entry\u00a0<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625650778254.png\">\u00a0and Zone Exit <img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625650893093.png\">\u00a0. Click on a type to deactivate it (the icon turns white).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625651465405.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on the shape of the area you wish to draw:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625650601909.png\">multi-point (unlimited): on the map, draw the outline of the area by clicking to drop a point. Finish by clicking on the starting point or by selecting &#8220;Finish&#8221; in the ribbon options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625650621468.png\">Circular: click on the map in the centre of the area you wish to draw, then, without releasing, move the cursor away from the centre and release the cursor. The area is drawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Click if you wish to change the field:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625650601909.png\">Multi-point: reposition the points where you wish on the map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625650621468.png\">Circular: click on the centre or radius point to reposition it on the map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Click on VALIDATE in the options ribbon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Select a colour for the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. If you wish to delete the area being created, click on the CANCEL button or click on<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625650925570.png\">&nbsp;then on the area on the map and click on OK in the options ribbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Don&#8217;t forget to SAVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"corridoring-manually-create-the-areas-you-want-to-monitor\">Corridoring: manually create the areas you want to monitor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also possible to create a corridor so that an alert is generated if a vehicle leaves a defined route<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Start by selecting corridor from the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Then choose between automatic or manual routeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625652133191.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In automatic mode :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on the map to place the starting point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Then click on the map to place the end point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The route is created automatically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. If desired, place intermediate stages by clicking and dragging on the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In manual mode :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Click on the map to place the starting point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then click on all desired points of the route to draw the corridor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625652168840.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Double-click the last point to set it as the end point and complete the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. These buttons allow you to change your route or delete it and start again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Finish by setting the radius\/width of the corridor. When the vehicle leaves this area, you will automatically receive an alert<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"import-the-kml-file-of-an-area-to-be-monitored\">Import the .kml file of an area to be monitored<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The application allows you to import zone files in .kml format from your workstation and SAVE them in the application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Click to import the file from your computer.<br><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625659773560.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Don&#8217;t forget to SAVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"edit-or-delete-the-areas-you-wish-to-monitor\">Edit or delete the areas you wish to monitor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"edit-an-area\">Edit an area<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Select an area from the drop-down list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625664431295.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Make your changes (colour, borders, type, name&#8230;)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Don&#8217;t forget to SAVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"delete-an-area\">Delete an area<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Permanently delete an area<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Select an area from the drop-down list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click the DELETE button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Delete an area and redraw it<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Select an area from the drop-down list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click the icon&nbsp;<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625650925570.png\">&nbsp;to Delete the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on &#8220;Delete All&#8221; or on the area to be deleted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. To redraw a new area: select a picto&nbsp;<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625668567973.png\">&nbsp;or&nbsp;<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625668582662.png\">&nbsp;refer to the explanations above to create an area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Do not forget to SAVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"assignment-of-geofencing-zones\">Assignment of geofencing zones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625669506878.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"212\" height=\"142\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"association-by-zone\">Association BY ZONE<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Select a ZONE and associate vehicles with it. (Vehicles can be associated to several zones)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Select a zone from the list (the selected zone appears on the map).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Check the vehicles you want to associate with this zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625671155194.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. You can also check off Vehicle Groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Do not forget to SAVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the next area in the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"association-by-vehicle-or-groups\">Association BY VEHICLE or GROUPS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Select one or more VEHICLE(S) or GROUP(S) and associate one or more zone(s) with it. (Vehicles can be associated to several zones)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Select one or more VEHICLE(S) from the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. OR select one or more GROUP(S) of vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625671389948.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Check the areas you want to associate with your vehicle selection (the selected areas appear on the map).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Do not forget to SAVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Move on to another selection of vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"assignment-of-corridoring-areas\">Assignment of corridoring areas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The assignment of a corridor is done from the general map.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625671818587.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"205\" height=\"161\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Click on the vehicle to which you wish to assign a corridor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. At the bottom right of the screen, select the corridor to be assigned from the drop-down list<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625672286023.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Then click on MONITOR VEHICLE. A window appears confirming that the vehicle is being monitored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. The pictogram&nbsp;<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625671877824.png\">&nbsp;appears in the module next to the vehicle being monitored<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. To stop the monitoring, click on the corresponding red button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1625672253127.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"254\" height=\"198\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Monitoring is activated when the vehicle enters the corridor. It is deactivated when it reaches the arrival point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"zone-entry-and-exit-alerts\">Zone entry and exit alerts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638799410594.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>1. To enable and disable zone entry and exit alerts, click on&nbsp;<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638873739758.png\">&nbsp;and<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638873770650.png\">. You will then receive a notification of entry into the zone if it is enabled, and the same for exit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638801737855.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. You can also view the monitoring area in question on the map on the right by clicking on the pictogram<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"speed-threshold-alert\">Speed threshold alert<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This alert is only accessible after you have activated the possibility of using the instantaneous or maximum speed in SETTINGS &gt; GEOLOCATION &gt; GENERAL :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638803535586.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"390\" height=\"313\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can set up speed ranges for which you will receive an alert when one of the vehicles enters that speed range<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"configurer-les-alertes\">Configurer les alertes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638799410594.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Go to the tab &#8221; Speed threshold alerts &#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638808742615.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Select the monitoring area(s) for which you want to set up or modify an alert<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on modify. The following window opens:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638809636898.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Activate the level 1 alert by clicking on the slider<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Define the speed range in which you want to receive an alert<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Do the same if you want to define level 2 and 3 alerts (you can come back later to configure or deactivate them). ATTENTION: the level 2 alert can only be activated if the level 1 alert has been activated, and the level 3 alert can only be activated after the level 2 alert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Insert one or more email addresses and\/or phone numbers.Important information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The level 1 alert only generates an alert in the upper banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Level 2 and 3 alerts generate an alert by email and SMS if email addresses and phone numbers have been previously configured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Click on SAVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The speed ranges are now displayed in the columns :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638865775423.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"viewing-alerts\">Viewing alerts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>When a vehicle enters one of the defined speed ranges, the manager sees a notification appear in his upper banner. By clicking on the pictogram<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638869946425.png\">&nbsp;it is possible to visualize at a glance the alerts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1638870033859.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can thus visualize the vehicle in question followed by the alert level, the date and time of its generation and the speed recorded.Attention<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alerts can only be generated if vehicles have been assigned to the zone in question.
