Click to create a NEW dashboard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click to CHANGE the name of the dashboard<br><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1627912027260.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click to DUPLICATE the dashboard if you want to create a very similar one and avoid recreating all the modules<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Click to DELETE this dashboard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Select the dashboard you wish to display<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"modules\">Modules<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Enter the name of the dashboard and click on CREATE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dashboard appears in the list of saved dashboards<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"modify-the-name-of-a-dashboard\">Modify the name of a dashboard<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Select the dashboard from the list<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Click on the icon&nbsp;<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1627912650305.png\">&nbsp;to CHANGE the name<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1627912826506.png\">3. Select the dashboard from the list<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The dashboard is duplicated with the name of the original dashboard + the suffix &#8220;- copy&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the name of the new dashboard see above<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"delete-a-dashboard\">Delete a dashboard<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Click to DELETE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"create-a-graphical-analysis-module-in-the-dashboard\">Create a graphical analysis module in the dashboard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"create-a-module\">Create a module<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Click on + to open the criteria for the analysis module:<img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1627977234340.png\" style=\"width: 30px;\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Enter the name of this module. This label will automatically become a template that you can reuse as a basis for another module to save time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1627981846609.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Select your criteria in all the fields and in particular the Display Mode which is mandatory:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>FLASH : instantaneous data<\/li><li>EVOLUTIVE : evolution of the data over time. With this mode, the choice of another data is required: the referent data with 2 choices: &#8220;km traveled&#8221; or &#8220;nb of vehicles&#8221; which will be displayed as a curve<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Select all criteria for the analysis<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Do not forget to SAVE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"edit-a-module\">Edit a module<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Modify the content of the module and click on SAVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"duplicate-a-module\">Duplicate a module<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Open the window for creating a module<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Enter the name of this module and select the desired template and make the necessary adjustments to the content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Click on SAVE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"remove-a-module\">Remove a module<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Click on the pictogram of the module to be DELETED<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1627982356986.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"414\" height=\"165\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The module is removed from the dashboard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"cost-price-per-kilometre-cpk\">Cost price per kilometre (CPK)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Cost per Kilometre is calculated from the TCO and therefore from the costs entered and\/or imported into the platformCPK calculation formula:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CPK = TCO \/ Vehicle mileage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The costs\/TCO taken into account are all those that have been entered or imported into the platform.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The mileage taken into account is the one realized from the vehicle&#8217;s SAVE on the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The PRK is displayed on several pages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1627994265197.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have imported costs prior to the date of subscription to the platform, the PRK will be overestimated since the mileage retained is the one driven since the subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conversely, if you have entered only a part of the costs, your PRK will be underestimated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Build and find TCO dashboards TCO = Total Cost of Ownership Principles This section allows you to create TCO analysis dashboards according to your wishes and organization.
