{"id":544,"date":"2022-03-10T10:40:20","date_gmt":"2022-03-10T09:40:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/help.securitrack.co\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=544"},"modified":"2022-03-16T15:27:37","modified_gmt":"2022-03-16T14:27:37","slug":"multi-fleet-manager","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"http:\/\/help.securitrack.co\/en\/docs\/multi-fleet-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Multi-fleet manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 id=\"multifleet-manager\"><strong>Multi-Fleet Manager<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A Fleeter Manager has access to a consolidated view of all the accounts attached to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the menus of the Fleet Management and ANTAI (France only) offer a consolidated view of all the fleets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Fleeter Manager can also connect directly to any supervised account as the Fleet Manager of this account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are 2 types of Fleeter Manager :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Fleeter Manager STANDARD: access to all menus but no modification is allowed.<\/li><li>Fleeter Manager ADMINISTRATOR: access to all menus with modification authorization.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You cannot change the type of account yourself, please contact our Customer Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"business-connect-\"><strong>Business Connect&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Business Connect is a solution dedicated to automotive professionals: car dealers, maintenance centers&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The solution allows access to alerts and details of the vehicles of customers sold or managed by the professionals and to modify the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are 2 profiles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>TECHNICAL profile: access to maintenance alerts and defects and to the vehicle files on technical aspects (maintenance, defects)<\/li><li>GLOBAL profile: technical access + access to contracts, driving laws and renewals (alerts and vehicle files).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You cannot change the account type yourself, please contact our Customer Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"the-search-tool-applies-to-all-supervised-accounts\">The search tool applies to all supervised accounts<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The search and selection bars allow you to select one or more vehicles or drivers or a group on ALL supervised accounts&#8230; This selection will serve as a filter for all services you navigate through. The pages will be displayed WITH the selected vehicle(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. The search bar allows you to search for a driver or vehicle and display their record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. The filter bar allows you to filter one or more client accounts, assignment centers or groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1633512148872.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"gestion-administrative\">Gestion administrative<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can access the consolidated fleet of vehicles according to the selected accounts and the vehicle and driver records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can consult, modify, delete contracts, consult the costs related to all vehicles, groups, assignment centers or customer accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also consult alerts, incidents and interventions related to these vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access these functionalities from the vehicle file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1629448756160.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"technical-management-of-maintenance\">Technical management of maintenance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can access the maintenance tab on the vehicle files&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SAVE new maintenance by selecting the date of the intervention, the mileage of the vehicle at the time of the intervention, the supplier and the amount of the operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img src=\"https:\/\/cdn.document360.io\/eed9259d-803d-4d66-9a54-23dd3581bb96\/Images\/Documentation\/image-1629449401677.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"login-to-supervised-accounts\">Login to supervised accounts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
